League Set Up Options STRATEGIC TENDENCIES

What are the modern realistic options I have to use for ...

Use of Relievers
Use of Closers
Pitcher Stamina
Typical Starting Rotation
Pinch Hit for Pitchers
Pinch Hit for Positional Players
Defense Substitution
Stealing Bases
Hit and Run
Bunting?

I thought a lot about that and chose the following so far:

Use of Relievers normal
Use of Closers normal
Pitcher Stamina normal
Typical Starting Rotation 5 man rotation
Pinch Hit for Pitchers very often
Pinch Hit for Positional Players rarely
Defense Substitution normal
Stealing Bases normal
Hit and Run rarely
Bunting? rarely

Are these setting "OK" with a modern MLB League?

The default settings are a little different.

Relievers and Closers are Very Often
Satmina is Low
Bunting is Normal

Everything else is what you have set.

The new default setting for stealing bases is Rarely. This is to reduce the problem of excessive basestealing you get in the first season (until the league total modifiers kick in).

I highly recommend setting PH for position players to Very Rarely. Markus made some significant improvements to PH frequencies in OOTP10, but you still get too many even with this set to Rarely. One of the consequences is that you increase the possibility of having fielding assignment problems in late innings.
