Rating Problem

Hello,

Is there any way to make ratings stay around the same?

I was playing as cleveland and paying Travis Hafner 11.5m

the first year he was a 50-60 then he dropped to 31.

and I still had 5 years left with him that went all the way up to 17m a year

Is that what talent change randomness is?

If you drop Talent Change Randomness to 0, guys will never change. I don't think that would be a good idea. A better idea would be to put yourself into Commissioner mode and edit Hafner's ratings back to what you want them to be.
