Is there an easy way to set a schedule?

I have 6 teams each in 2 leagues. I want there to play a 160-game season, with 20 games vs. each league opponent and 10 vs. each interleague opponent. I can't find where I can do that. Any tips?

It also may help to let him know when you want the season to start, all star break, season to end (rough estimates)
