How can I make my own player photos?

I am not exactly computer illiterate, but I do not know how to make my own player photos to add to the game. How would I go about this other than finding the pics on the net and saving them to file somewhere on my computer? What program should I use to make them the right size and name them the appropriate way?

I am new too, so I don't know how to add photos. But I do know that PadresFan hosts excellent photo collections on his website, designed to be used with OOTP X. I think he's got 2009 rosters now. Check out the OOTP section of his site here:

Photos should be jpg, and best dimensions are 90 x 135 pixels. There is a variety of photo editing software you could use to get that.
