It's not realistic 'cause you don't have enough pitchers on the DL. Look at the Toronto Blue Jays Pitching staff in real life and then talk about reality.

I only see one for more than six months and two that could be four months.

i just started a Nats dynasty and lost a bunch of guys for months and weeks.. off the top of my head: jesus flores, joel hanrahan, garrett mock, josh bard (this is all through 1 month).. i love this game but if there was one thing to change its the frequency of injuries... but hey who knows, maybe i'll go the rest of the season with no major injuries..

Just change the injury frequency that's all. I use low and the most players who are on the disabled list at the same time isn't more than 5 usually (a real good thing since my team is really bad).

I started a Nat's dynasty in 2009 and had a slew of injuries. I fired my trainer after that year found one with a 17 rating for fatigue and haven't had as many injuries since. I use my depth chart a lot so that my star players are getting some more rest.

Both very interesting thoughts, Athletics. Thanks for the comments. I will be sure to look at both of those areas with a much more critical eye. So obvious, yet so easy to overlook. Good observations.
