Can I play in different years?

Can I play as the Braves in 2007 while also facing the league in the state that it was in in 2007? I want to be the Braves before they traded for Teixeira and gave up all those prospects...

Easily. You can play any season going back to 1871. Start a New Custom Game and when the League Creation Wizard pops up, select Create Historical League. You can then pick what season you want to start with and take it from there.

Will the rest of the league have the right stats, named, coaches, and logos also?

Stats and names, yes. Coaches and logos, no. Logos and pictures need to be downloaded elsewhere (check out the mods forum and find Padresfan's website).
