all star game

Hello
I have chosen to be the royals manager and when it comes to the all star game there is no lineup populated and it gives me an error message saying i have no starting picture and then i have to close the program to get rid of the error. How can i either simulate or manage my all stars. It wont let me even simulate the game

I'm assuming you are playing the MLB league that comes with the game.
Did you get the All Star Rosters announced (on July 12th)?
If not, then something is wrong.

Are you using the latest patch?
Have you changed any settings in the Game Setup which may have affected the All Star game?

You can only manage the All Star game as a Commish, otherwise you have to watch it or sim it.

Yes i am playing the mlb game that came with the game. I didnot change any settings and i am playing as manager not commish. Even when playing as manger the all star lineups were not announced. Can I change my settings mid way and then back again so I can simulate game at least. I so how is that done. I also donot have lasest patch

I would patch up to the latest version.
The league you are playing may be corrupt or be suffering from a bug from an earlier version of the game.Either way I would possibly delete it and start again once patched.....it is always worth updating...you may never know what bugs have been fixed...but rest assurred there will always be fixes with the latest patch.
