Auto save

How do you turn it off. I put it on once a year but it saves everyday?

Do you mean "Is there an option to turn off the Auto-Save each time I quit the game"?

I was playing a game and I was up 3-1 in the 5th. I had to leave so I quit and came back to find I had lost. I didn't save the game so I guess its saving the database.

OOTP won't save in the middle of a game that is being played out. You need to either leave the window open or accept that OOTP won't save exactly where you left off.

Yes

I just want it to stop saving my database all the time. If I have a key injury or have to leave don't save it. So I can come back to it.

Go to Game_Game Setup_Auto Save and change the choice from daily to what ever you want.

Well I did that, but its on exiting the game is my problem. When I exit the save automatic. Thanks

There is no way to stop the game from doing that.

Technically, you can kill the process through the Task Manager, but you run the risk of corrupting the database (thus rendering the league unusable) that way.
