Create Fictional League with Stats

I would like to create a fictional league but I don't want all the players to have no stats. Is there anyway to begin a new fictional league with accumulated stats or do I have to simulate 15 seasons?

ok, so there is all sorts of league templates, and historical, or alternate existing leagues. so... how can i create a fictional league, with an all-time draft of anyone and everyone ever, to 'compete' side by side and against each other in an ultimate league of forever?
