Player population multiple years

Is it possible to have a player population consisting of players from multiple years?

For example, assuming the league starts with a draft, I would like to a league from players from the '70s. So, Team A could pick someone from '77, Team B could pick someone from '79, etc.

It is possible, but it'd probably be a lot of work. You'd have to import each player individually.
