problem with prk files

hi.
i downloaded the 2009 ballparks with location files etc from padresfan's site. However, after following the instructions he gives well, I dont have the option to import from the action button on the edit ballpark screen. The prk files reside in the import_export folder of my saved game, but if i click on action, the only options i get are 'add new park', 'assign co-ord to all parks', 'reset co-ords', 'assign neutral park factors', 'rabdomize park factors'.

can anyone help?

That's a tough one. Can't think of any reason for that, other than that there is a defect in your copy of the game. Sorry -- that's the best I can do.

I don't know if this will be the reason, but I know it must be done in "commissioners mode"

unfortunately, I just double-checked, and Im still in commissioner mode.
