Can you export a fictional player to the historical database?!

I'm not an expert on the topic, but I don't think you can. For what reasons would you want to do that anyway?

I don't think you can export directly to the database, but I imagine you could add a player manually using the database program of your choice.

Just go into "commissioners" Mode and edit a current player to your satisfaction.
