Only 19 and ready?

Hey everyone..

I'm playing in an online league and my starting pitching has been terrible for the last 2 seasons. Last year I ranked 12th in the AL for pitching and this season Im currently at 13th. My bullpen has been fantastic, finishing 2nd in the AL last season and currently 3rd this season. I have a 19 year old pitcher whom Ive brought up to AAA this season, he's struggled somewhat but keeps getting better and better in terms of ratings every week. His morale is starting to take a turn for the worse lately as it says he "Expects to play in majors". Should I call him up?.

Player Report for #39 Martin Perez

He's my #1 rated pitching prospect.. I also have a 2nd question.. my bullpen is stacked and would like to move a certain pitcher out the bullpen to help it out a bit. I've tried Adam Miller as a starter with hardly any success at all, he's played well as a reliever though. Has anyone had good experiences playing Adam Miller as a starter?. The guy only has a 25 for stamina but 3 pitches.

Player Report for #72 Adam Miller

Any help would be great. Thanks!

It's your team, not his. He might become troublesome, but it's not at all to see guys in the minors who are disgruntled about it. Most of the time, it doesn't have much impact on anything.
