newbie league creation question

I havent played OOTP since 6. WHat i did is form a league with different teams in history, and even had created teams in the league, i had teams like the 1927 yankees, 1909 Pirates, 1955 Dodgers, 1986 Mets, National League Greats, and i even had some trades, i had ty cobb with one of his best years playing on the 27 yankees, but what i actually did was for each player was used the stats from arguably the career best year for each player. it was a bit of work to do but i got it done and it was fun. i cant remember how i did it except using that lahman database looking up individual players. is it possible to set up a league that way again???? i would like to buy oopt 10 soon

thanks

Darren

Yes, you can import individual players from any year they played.

eg: You could import 1961 Roger Maris to say the 86 Mets if you wished.

This does not, however, assure you of him hitting 61 home runs though.

Well yeah, he'd hit 71.
