Brand New Purchase

I just recently bought OOPB10 online and I can't get past the beginning screen?

It says "Enter CD Key" and I do... but nothing happens.

It still says "Enter CD Key"

I've entered the CD Key that they sent me with the purchase.

Can anyone give me some suggestions?

I'm going to try and uninstall and reinstall the game... but it that doesn't work... I'm gonna need some ideas.

I've never played OOPB10 and was really looking forward to it.

Thanks for your time,

Skychicken

New player

Welp, now I'm right back where I started 12 hours ago.

It will not let me continue any further.

Help please.

Did you click on the option to "License Game" when first starting up?

If problems persist, contact elicense support at - support@elicense.com

They are usually pretty quick to respond and quite helpful.

Is this PC or Mac? I don't remember the PC version saying this. I thought it was called like Order ID or something. The eLicense suggestion by Bruce only applies to PC.

You could try searching the boards to see if there was a resolution to a similar problem. I'm sure you are not the only person to have this problem.

There is no CD key as far as I know. There is, as others have said an opening splash screen that prompts you to enter the order ID which is your license. This is for PC. MAC may be different.

To the OP do you have an E-mail, the order confirmation, or something else with a code beginning VT-***

If not you need to contact elicense.

I believe you receive a CD Key if you order the game on CD for a stand alone computer. I could be wrong though.

I'd bet a substantial amount that the CD contains a zipped executable file that installs the game exactly the way it does from download and that you enter the same order ID you got when you ordered the CD.

Just guessin' though.
