Question on historic leagues...

I want to play as the 2007 Atlanta Braves before we let go of Teixeira. But I'd like to know if it would be possible to have the real minor leauge players included in the historic leagues as well?

Nope. Your best bet would be finding a 2007 MLB league created in the forums, importing that into whatever version of OOTP it was designed for (you can use a demo to do that), then into OOTP9, then into OOTPX.
