Are players with high leadership, a desire to win, intelligence, loyalty, low levels of greed and a good work ethic exponentially more valueable than players with high leadership level without some or all of those characteristics?

Players with a high Intelligence and Work Ethic are more likely to reach their talents and keep those talents for a long period of time.

I don't go out of my way to select those kind of players in the draft, but all else being equal, I look at that.
