Problem adding sub league

After playing thru 5 seasons with one league I decided to add a new sub-league.Immediately I did this the champions history page changed itself and three former champions names dissappeared in favour of runner's up for that year......why?????

That seems odd. Did you re-name the champion teams or anything along those lines?

the problem seems to relate to the fact that I started my second sub league 5 seasons after the first league and the AI doesn't like it.The winners page alters as soon as I add the new league without even touching the teams themselves.The first three championship winners have their hard earned success declared null and void,just like an olympic gold medel winner on steroids.I'm pretty sure somebody else has mentioned this problem.
