Did I Screw my 1901 League Up (Financials)

I am a few weeks into a 1901 Historical league and the entire league is just a bit under $1,000,000 in debt because of scouting. According to the game, I can't change this until the off-season.

Will I be forced to restart and, if I am, what can I do to prevent this? Thank you very much!

Yeah, you can't change the scouting amounts for any team, even in commish mode, after the pre-season ends.

But what you CAN do is edit the financials for each team (Commish mode, then Front Office for that team, and the "edit financials" button) and give each team an amount of cash equal to the scouting budget amount as a "quick fix".

I'll assume you forgot to change the Average Scouting Budget at the beginning and that's what is causing this? Go ahead and change that now and then next year it will fix itself.
