DH fatigue

If I have a position player who's only slightly tired, can I put him at DH and still have him recover some?

My guess is no, but I do not know that for certain. I don't use DHs in most of my leagues.

I did notice in a fast sim league that I am in that the only player on my roster to play every game was my DH. Everyone was set to have the back-up play only when the starter is tired.

So, to answer your question - MAYBE.

He might recover some, but not completely. Even using him as a pinch-hitter can keep him from recovering stamina.

Look at your scheduled off days. If you have one soon then there should be no problem.

Consider checking the box "don't pinch hit when tired" for your best players. That way a day off is really a day off.

DH's just stay as the same % tired, they don't get more tired and they don't get less tired. Same with pinch hitters. If you have someone resting at 70% or so for a day and you use them to pinch hit, they'll be at 70% tomorrow.
