Importing Rosters And RP Usage

Re: Rosters - I apologize if this has been asked before (I searched but couldn't find anything), but, how do you import new rosters into OOTP 10?

For instance, I downloaded this roster from Cubbyfan -- 2010 Roster Set Underway -- but where do I extract the files? Or is that for OOTP 11 only?

Re: Relievers - I noticed relievers have a number; like Middle Reliever - 1, 2, 3, 4 .. Setup Man - 1, 2, etc... What kind of reflection does this have in the game? I don't manage the games, I sim them, and I often find my mop-up reliever being used to get 1 or 2 outs in an inning. Also, I'm like a month through 1 season and my "#1 middle reliever" (not a setup man/closer) has only been used in like 2 games.



Would appreciate answers on both subjects. Thanks!!
