How do you do this in OOTP X?

Working from year old memory....

There should be a Unlicense OOTP choice in the Start Menu for OOTP. I think that is how I always did it. If that isn't there, you can go to Control Panel and there should be eLicense folder. I think if you click on that, there is an option to unlicense in there somewhere.

for some reason there is no Tools sub folder in my ootp 10 folder and I don't see it in game either.
