I have no idea what that means. What is injury time? What application. I never got an email, is this team still open? Who was the draft pick?

There was four players that had Career Ending Injury and I have changed it to injury time (DL). So the person wasnt done forever. So you still get the players such as Brandon Moss of the Pirates had a CEI. Application is what you fill out to join a league. Teams open are:

Seattle Mariners (1st round was pick and on utilities)
Washington Nationals (1st round was pick and on utilities)
Pittsburgh Pirates (1st round was pick and on utilities)
Cincinnati Reds
