Looking to join a league that has cash prizes

not too many leagues like that. It would be tough on comish to ensure integrity and no one is cheating. It a whole new ball game when you go from fun to for money

You'll never find a league like that and you'd just be joining for all the wrong reasons. Leagues are challenging and fun to be in. It's an escape from the real world and where you can meet some decent online friends. Money is the "root of all evil". Just ask Tiger Woods.

A thread like this comes along every once in awhile (they used to come up fairly frequently), but I'm not sure we've ever seen a league like this ever complete a season. Of course not all leagues are in it, but many are (we're in the 500s now) and there's not a single league in the IOLD marked as having fees, which you'd assume at least some would be for prizes.

One league not too long ago said it gave out winner prizes, possibly cash, but it looks dead:

All that just from searching "prize". Use other keywords and I'm sure you'll come up with more.

In the end, I'm not sure exactly what it'd take. I'm sure a well-respected long-time commish would certainly go a long way, but things would have to be totally transparent and they'd probably be wise to read through all the criticisms of past pay&prize leagues to try to come up with one that addressed most previous concerns which certainly wouldn't be that easy.
