I have a question to all OOTP GM's. What is it you guys look for in an online league. What would be the ultimate online league in you'lls opinion.
If a new league were to form, how would you want it formatted, would you want scouts, no scouts? Fictional or historical? Salary cap, no salary cap? 12,24 , or 36 teams?

I'd love to see a league with a simple approach. The less-is-more sort of attitude that would bring back some of the fun, simplicity (and beauty) of v.6.5.

So that means (to me):

Fictional League
Salary cap (soft cap)
No scouts
No coaches
MAX 24 teams, preferrably 16 to start with expansion to follow
Three levels of minors (AAA, AA, A)
No feeder leagues
5-10 round draft
Random or Semi-random draft orders (to discourage outright tanking)
1-5 potential ratings
1-5 actual ratings (basically a stats league with just enough ratings to quickly sort, scan through or group players)

Also,
Some basic requirements of participation on the forum (Ie. 2 articles a year)
No silly incentives for participation (ie. boosting players ratings)
