well establised league. mlbd is in its 12 season, currently in year 2020. real teams, with now mostly fictional players. great core group of owners, lacking a few.

scouting coaches: off
rating scale : 1-100
overall: 20-80
sims : 3, sometimes 4 a week, 7 day sims
draft : utility for round one, then live for next few rounds
cap: no cap, owner decides budget, rev share, 30 mill cash max
minor league roster limit: 30
waivers: 15 days, DFA 29

current open teams: fla, bos, cle, bal, stl
