The WWBL - Long Running Fictional League
 League Name: The World Wide Baseball League (WWBL) Web Site: TheWWBL.com Commissioner’s OOTP Forum Name: WWBL Commissioner Commissioner’s Email: conradward@gmail.com OOTP version: OOTP X Is Owning The Game Required? Owning OOTP X is required to join the WWBL League Type: Fictional Online League Number of Teams 24 Sim Schedule: We run 7 day sims on M, W, F 9PM Eastern When Did The League Start? The WWBL started online in Aug. 2004 - To give the league history we simmed the first 20 seasons from 1984 to 2004 with all computer run teams. In game year 2004 we filled the league with live GMs Current Season: We are in the 2020 Off-Season – 2021 will be our 17th season online Special Rules & Settings: 162 Game Season. DH in half the league. No scouts or coaches. No salary cap but league money is competitive for all teams using a league wide cash cap. We also use Franchise Tags for up to 2 players per team Current Open Teams: Daytona Racers, Ithaca Atoms, Little Rock Wildcats, Tombstone Outlaws, Quebec Mounties, San Jose Quakes, Spokane Bulldogs

 This is Baton Rouge's 1B Kai "Free Fall" Laupahoehoe. He hit .294 with 30 HRs, 116 RBIs and 40 2Bs. He helped lead the Gators to a division leading 94 - 68 record. The Gators lost in the first round of the play-off to Tenn. 3 games to 1. Do you have what it takes to lead the Gators the rest of the way to the WWBL title?

 Flint MacChlery is only 21 years old but won 20 games for the Spokane Bulldogs in his first full season in the WWBL. The Lefty from Sallisaw, OK stands at just 5'8" but can throw 98-100 MPH. With his 224 Ks and 3.14 ERA he helped lead the Bulldogs to a wild-card birth into the play-offs. The Dogs won 96 games and finished only one game behind Alaska who took the division. The Bulldogs have spent many years in the cellar and their top draft picks are starting to mature and make it to the big club. Spokane has never won their division in the 36 years simmed of the WWBL. Are you the one who can get this team over the hump?

 RH Joe O'Donagan went 18-9 with 248 Ks and a 2.48 ERA. He plays for the Daytona Racers who are in need of some leadership. The Racers finished the season with 82 wins which was good enough for second place in their division but they were 13 games behind division leader Louisville and 13 games behind Wild-Card winner Spokane. The Racers' minor league system is rated as 3rd overall in the WWBL. Can you turn this car around and head it for the winners circle?
