The AMBL Historic was born out of the remnants of a modern day league called the AMBL. That league failed after 6 full seasons due to OOTP issues. After that a group of remaining GMs from that league agreed to continue in a smaller, historic based league that began play in 1961.

I'm looking to fill the Boston Red Sox for 1965. We're almost to the all star break of the '65 season.
