Persistent crashing problem (Mac)

Hi
I have a consistent crashing problem. I had OOTP X, running on Snow Leopard. About a month ago it crashed and then whenever I tried to start it, it came up with the error (crash flag) message. Once only during this time did it fully load, then next time it was back to crashing. It would only get as far as a white box, not even the start menu. I then removed the programme, redownloaded the new version 10.4.31, and tried to start again. It told me it was unlicensed, so I needed to release the license and re enter it. I couldn't release it as it was now missing from my hard drive, so I got PISD to do that. However, it is still saying that I must release it online. Not only that, if I try to enter the serial number it crashes every time at that point now.
Any ideas!?

This is a new one to me. Don't have an immediate theory to offer. If you know how to find hidden files, look for one or two ".license" text files in the Documents/Out of the Park Developments/OOTP Baseball 10 folder. That folder should be there even if you are running the game in some other location of your own choice. If you find them, trash them, and try again to license. Another even more obscure possibility would be the hidden config files, which are located in yet another place on your hard disk: a hidden folder called ".Out of the Park Developments" that is in your User Folder. You could trash them, but you'd have to do a complete re-install of the game to get those config files back.

That's the best I can do for things you could try. Other than that you have to chase down PISDPaul in this forum, and see if he can help.

Thanks. I'll give those a try.
