OOTP10 Not Opening

Hey guys,

I have installed OOTP 10 and the game will not open. I have tried this on two seperate computers and have erased and reinstalled a couple of times.

Is there a reason for this and is anybody else having the same problem?

Also, if my elicense account is not valid will this prevent the game from opening up and to crash or would it give my a notice beforehand? Maybe this is the reason?

Thanks for any advice.

What's the specific message you're receiving, or is it simply hanging and never opening at all as if you never double-clicked the icon?

This is strange - OOTP 9 and OOTP 10 have just started "not working and closing" on my computer ? It worked find Sunday night. I am in 2 OOTP10 online leagues and 1 OOTP9 online league so this is frustrating. I have tried re-stalling the game (I was told this would not change current leagues or eLic ) but no luck.

IF I delete all files and uninstall -- what is process with eLic and what number do I call if I need to re-set the eLic ?

I know I would have to download the online league files again and miss sims.

Deleted the saved games files - Re-installed game and then downloaded online leagues . Game seems to be working now. but I lost current solo leagues.
