Smaller League Files
What must be included when you upload a league file? What can be left off in order to make the file smaller?

You can leave out game logs, box scores and news. That's about it, I believe. Usually the "messages.dat" slows down the load time so you can delete that once a year in the pre-season to keep things speedy.

In the current version of OOTP, the league file is both streamlined as much as it can be, but bloated with many necessities, thus I could only offer the idea of reducing the added report pages. OOTP 12 apparently will address large league file issues with a database driven update system. Until then, just eliminate minor league stuff and try not to be over-ambitious with your online league universe.
