Looking for A League President/Co-Commish.

We're a mixed fictional/historical league set in 1980. I am the commissioner and do not run a team. The Honor League President makes the logos and uniforms for the teams but, does not run a team... I'm looking for an Integrity League President who would not take a team but offer services like, write-ups or graphic/web design or something else to make our league better. I'm also looking for two additional vice-commissioners that could bring something to the table as well. We would all get to vote on league polls, end of season awards and all-star ballots.
