Sharing league files between commissioners

I am in a league that I help run, I am not the main commissioner, so I don't regularly do stuff to the file. The couple of times we shared the file (I would download it, make changes, and upload it back), the pictures (logos etc) were not in the game when the main commissioner took the file back, so he had to import the logos back in.

Is there a way to keep the pictures inside the file so me and him can both use the file?

have the commish zip up the entire league file and that is what you should download. It would include pictures, logos, and unis. Then you would do the same. That should save you the step of reputting pic in.
