Had help with website and forum now, I don't. Please Help?

If you're savvy in this area, I need your help. I had someone set everything up for me and know how to maintain the forum fairly well but, am looking for an overhaul to something more user friendly so that I will be able to maintain everything. I also want it to look cool. So, I'm using a drupal website (sucks) with a YaBB forum (don't mind it)... I would like to NOIT LOSE much, if any, of the key data and elements from the league yet, get something completely NEW and FRESH. Can someone help me?
