Initial League Download

Hello all.

I am attempting to setup an online league for a friend and I to play. I believe I have everything working well except I cannot get his game to recognize the new league file. The manual only states, "Non-commissioners download the new league file....."

How best to do this? Does he need to save the lg.tar.gz file into a specific folder? I've tried copying it onto his computer into the the saved games folder, but when he opens the game he still cannot see it as a league he can open?

Any info on the process of getting the league for the first time would be greatly appreciated.

Does the league show up when you open 11 and go to load saved game?

If not have you checked to see if the file isn't double foldered up? meaning that when you zipped it and then unzipped it the unzip doesnt have name.lg and inside that folder isnt also name.lg vs the league files.
Are you both on same version? 11.2.18? I believe that's the last version of 11.

I am not an internet guru so everything listed in the link below is foreign to me.
