I realize this is incredibly late, but I've been swamped for 10 months trying to figure out what to do with my life and trying to set up my website for the future when I won't have time to devote to it, but...
-Champions League options -World Cup options -Further Playoff Improvements -Further scheduling improvements (mostly goes with playoffs and champions league) & Split-Season improvements.

The split-season format is there, it's just that the standings report doesn't properly reflect it. The tiebreaking involved needs work too. Rest assured each year I post about the refinements needed for the split-season format; I guess to date the issues involved have been less imporant to address than other matters.
Now, if you mean customizable playoff possibilties for the split-season format, then yes, that would be excellent.

1) Also, when choosing to advance to date X and the sim ends due to injury/news alerts and you go back to choose the 'sim to date x' your previous date should be saved

The Korean League follows a playoff format where the top 4 teams make the playoffs. 4th place plays 3rd place in a 5 games series and the winner then plays 2nd place in a 5 game series with that winner playing 1st place in a 7 game series. |

There was a forum thread some time back that mentioned a whole bunch of specialty playoff formats, all of which I duly noted, along with some research of my own into a few others. Someday that'll be compiled for further suggestions.

I'd like the ability to filter players out of the Retired Players list in the History section if they've already been inducted into the Hall of Fame. Good for those of us who like complete control over HoF inductions.

Some of these have already been mentioned but:
1. HS feeder league feeding into college league 2. Player agents (Front Office Football) 3. More dynamic player personality. Often times teams have to trade away talented players because of the negatives they bring into a clubhouse (Manny Ramirez and Milton Bradley for example) 4. More dynamic free agent A.I. I know free agents sign with a team based on money, loyalty, location and chance for a winning team. But this needs to be more stressed. An older veteran may sign cheaper just to go to a winning team. A young guy could favor a team where he sees a chance to start rather than be a bench player. 5. Veterans mentoring youngsters (Front Office Football). Lesser talented veterans and those in the twilight of their years are often kept around for their leadership. Give us an incentive to want to sign that aging John Smoltz or Mike Sweeney. 6. Implement an off-season training of sorts whether it be Winter Ball or simply an option to tell a young player to focus on fielding or hitting. 7. Improved scouting system especially for the amateur draft and lower level minor league farm systems. I keep referencing Front Office Football but I especially like the scouting method it uses during their football draft. Potential draftees are scouting on a "sliding scale" system rather than a pure singular numerical value. If you spent more time scouting that player, the level of ambiguity reduces. Rather than a player being rated "11-16" (out of 20) in particular category, a heavily scouted player may be rated "12-14" instead. Same thing for the low minors, the ratings should be more ambiguous until they play for a long period time where scouts can get a better grasp of their potential. 8. Importable coaching/game strategies! This is an absolute must. Playing in solo and online leagues, I hate having to reconfigure my strategies every time I take over a new team. It would be nice if I can create a coaching profile so I can import to other leagues. 9. Leadership and perhaps work ethic can evolve over time. It is debatable whether leaders are naturally born or not... but I would like to see young players develop into better leaders as they get older. Similarly, some players may work harder as they age. Or even vice versa, some players get lazier over time. This suggestion is pretty much an add on for making player personalities more dynamic. I want players to feel real and immersive rather than just computing code. |

I would like to see color coding in the history section of a players profile so you can easily see who won what awards etc. I would also like to see carry over bugs squashed once and for all. But that's a pipe dream of course...

Another biggie for me would be if the AI would offer you trade packages instead of just one-for-one and then it being up to you to construct multi-player deals.

What about the ability to easily change minor league affiliations? When I've done this before, the players all stay on their AAA roster, rather than with their big league organization - so if you want to reaffiliate the Cubs' AAA to Houston one year, they switch AAA rosters. It would be great if the minor league players were contracted to their organization, not just their minor league team, and it would give users the ability to maintain historically accurate minor leagues throughout a historical sim.

This may just be me, but it would be nice to have the attendance graph in the Front Office scaled to the size of your stadium. I usually play with stadiums under 10,000 capacity (like my old Mountaineer League), and the graph goes from 0-70,000+. If you have an attendance of 2,500, it's just a little smudge along the bottom. So your whole season looks like that and you really can't tell anything from the graph at all
