Recurring news article
I have searched and found nothing on this, just curoius if anyone has seen it before and if they know a fix for it.
I was advised that Neftali Feliz may be older than what he originally stated he was when he came into the league, through the news feed. The date this news came out was June 18, 2011. Okay, that was cool, wonder if the game will follow up and tell me what happens? The answer? Yes, repeatedly. On June 21, June 28, June 29, July 1, July 8, July 10 and July 24 in my news bin, and the league's I get news that Feliz produced his official birth certificate and there is no issue. It is now July 25, 2011, so I suspect this may keep going. Anyway, not a big deal, just a tad annoying for someone who plays out every day and looks forward to news pieces.

I am up to August 5th and it only happened once more on July 25th, could this finally be the end?

I guess I am just going to have to live with being constantly reminded that Neftali Feliz has produced his documentation to prove his age.
I suppose I could pretend he is just being overly diligent now and showing his birth certificate every few days to some reporter and they all write eerily similar articles.

If any of these storylines ever get really irritating, you can always go into the storylines.xml db and either try tweaking or eliminating the offending storyline. They're still a work in progress.
![]() We'll take a look at it, though, and try to get it straightened out for v12. In the meantime, if you see any other obnoxiously repetitive storylines, please let us know by filling out a bug report. Thanks and sorry for the annoyance.

The story that I see alot is the one about the player walking over the logo or whatever in the locker room. That one has gotten old.

We're working on getting the frequency with which these storylines occur to a more realistic level. Plus, there will be a TON of additional storylines in OOTP 12, which should make each individual storyline less conspicuous.

I see someone else had this problem. Sadly this league ended shortly after I started getting all of these messages as the file was corrupt.
