Some people are the reverse, bottom-heavy. I'm 5'-3", 295lbs, and I look a lot like this from the neck up:

even in his older age, he still looks pudgy - though he was just avg in weight... not particulary fat.

Contemplating giving him a nickname... oh the choices:

"Toothpick"
"Beaker" (but since he's playing pro ball in 1897, the name has no meaning)
"Long Neck"
"Pencil Neck"
"Stick Man"
"Flag Pole"
"Twig"
"Thin Face"

so many to choose from, but most sound so mean. remember he's 6'4" and 188 lbs...
