OOTP 11 'league_history_all_star' data question...

Anyone know when the previous seasons all-stars start to show up in OOTP11's "league_history_all_star" data output file (SCV, MySQL, etc.)? In my league the all star game is in July (it ran as scheduled, with all stars announced) but it is now February of the following year and still no sign of those most recent all stars in the game generated "league_history_all_star" output file.

Update/Answer: Although the game can determine all stars much earlier (based on when you schedule it) the all star data is only available for export from ootp early in the following year - by mid-January at least. I guess this is so a user can schedule an all star game for December 30th.
