Downloading client

How do you download the OOTP 11 client? I need to uninstall and reinstall the game, but my computer deleted my icon, and the ootp download section only has ootp12 for windows and ootp11 for linux, no ootp11 for windows? Any thoughts?

Every time I try to start a dynasty it shuts down after I start simming the first time. Also, it never asked me for my code. Is this an issue with the game not completely uninstalling?
