World Series Quickstarts Available On Request

Thanks to pstrickert who put together a file containing all of the real life World Series rosters, it is now possible to re-create any World Series in MLB history with OOTP. I guess it always has been doable, but now it can be done with an added level of realism.

It's not that difficult to set up any past World Series within the game, but I realize that not everybody has the time or know how to set it up.

I am willing to create a quickstart for anyone who wants one involving past World Series teams. If you want to just recreate say the 1954 World Series I can do that for you, or I can pit teams from past eras against each other.

PM me what year or teams you want and your e-mail and I'll zip up the file and get it to you. Give me a couple of days though.

If I have time, I may put together some involving some of the classic World Series from the past, for the community at large. Come to think of it, if I could get a few other people on board, we could very quickly and easily get quickstarts done for every World Series in history.

At any rate...I'm more than willing to do them on a request basis for now.

C'mon fellas. Why did you have to put this thread up? It's too doggone tempting for us old people that always mess up following instructions that include more than 3 steps. : )
