Can you look at draft classes for particular years?

For example could I see who comes out in 83? I love building through the draft and I'm in a league 1982...

No way I'm aware of. What I do is a quick scan of Sports Encyclopedia: Baseball for a future year and note anybody age 25 or less. Usually works well though a few surprises pop up that I miss. But that's fun, too. Very easy to do as the book is arranged well year-by-year and team-by-team with all the basic stats.

ya I ran some sims in the 80s and the draft classes were kind-of off a bit like a player would come out two years before they did in real life but owell.

Just patiently wait for the draft class to appear and get to work dissecting the specs

I always go to Baseball Reference and look a season ahead of your sim and there is a spot where it lists all the players who made their debuts that year. That will give you a list of players you can expect in your draft.
