Finances Euro League Style - Help

Right so I've been searching through Google and this forum for ages now and I can't seem to find what Im looking for. So if there is anybody out there who has any Idea all help is greatly appreciated!

What I need is this...

I planning on setting up a European league, say Italy or Nederlands, or Even German. The financials for sure a league would be greatly different! Let's use Italy for example...

Avg attendances would be around 1000-2000 per game

Star-import player salaries would be around say $60,000 per year with wages for poor players going down to almost nothing maybe $4/5k per year.

Teams don't have much spare cash to play with and media contracts would be pretty dire too!.

How do I set this type of league up on the games finances? I've tried and tried but can never get it right.

Again thanks for any help!
