Need OOTP11 League Setup Help/Suggestion

I am attempting to create a league that has two sub leagues and each sub-league that has four divisions (which are states) with eight teams (cities/towns) in each division (state).

I created a 63 game schedule in which each team plays the other seven teams in their own division nine times.

I would like to set things up so that the teams only play against teams in their own division (state) during the regular season and then have the top team in each division advance to a three round playoffs.

I have my nations file set up as this:

Currently my schedule is creating opponents from within the whole sub league not from just the divisions. What do I need to do to get this changed to how I want it?

hmm, my league I didnt have anything as elaborate as yours. Does GMO have any schedules that would have IL teams playing IL teams?

If I used a new 70 game schedule that is designed for only one sub-league, not two, (like I would need), would I be forced to create a whole new separate league that would include the other 32 teams? Also, is it possible to have the "champ" in one separate league play the "champ" of another separate league for a "world series"?

so wait you have 64 teams, not 32?

on 11 there is no way to have say the winner of MLB play the winner of Nippon. On 12 there is but it would count as an exhibition game not championship

Have you tried searching for the forums for a 64 team schedule? that only plays the certain teams? or getting 1 of the few people to create that schedule for you.
here are some 64 game schedules or 1's that are close.
