Over the Mound (OTM)

This is a fictional league with a group of really great owners. Sims are Tues, Thurs, Sat around 7 AM eastern and we throw in an extra sim after the trade deadline to speed things up a bit. You can review the rules here: http://www.overthemound.com/blog/?page_id=3. Some highlights include no scouts, no coaches, no draft pick trading, free agent compensation enabled.

We use OOTPOU to track development, draft and do All-Star award voting. If you are interested please PM me with the info requested below. You must own the game to join the league.

I have a question about your rules, in particular waivers. I notice they are set to 7 days and you run 7 day sims. Isn't that counter productive? If a team places a player on waivers, then exports, then a sim is run, and the GM downloads the league file, his player will have cleared waivers without ever being exposed to the rest of the league.

Just curious how that's working for you.

I'm entering my 12th season in this league: Home Page

A great league, and a great group of owners.

I'm just a newbie in this league but first impressions are positive. Feedback and response time is very quick.

I played in this league for a while and this is a good group of guys. I'd still be playing were it not for personal time constraints.

Is this an OOTP X or OOTP 11 league? I'm thinking it's X but not sure.

One of the best leagues I've played in. Currently the GM of the Ruston Rabbits. Good, friendly group of GMs.
