Historical Draft League with a storyline twist - starting in 1995 taking place as result of the player strike in '94-95. 24 teams primarily in the same markets as the real major league teams that existed at the time.

Each league has 3 division winners and a wild card like the rule adopted by MLB in 1994 that still exists to this day. Interleague Play would start immediately. Original Owners drafted from the players available in 1995 - first two rounds allowed them to pick two players from their market, after that it was a full serpentine draft.

Those two franchise players received a "ULB Inaugural Clause" 7-year-contract at their existing salary level with a no-trade clause.

Once you have downloaded the league file and extracted it to your saved_games directory, you also need to download the settings.zip file ULB (United League Baseball) - Login which you can extract into the settings folder of your league file.

Next sim is Wednesday, exports due at 3PM Central. Password for your team is astros so you can export - I'll set you up a manager profile in the game for the next league file.

Really a good league, even for a first timer...Commish helps out when needed and is active. All the GMs are good too, aside from the Cleveland one...He is a jerk and never exports...

St. Louis Redbirds, Orlando Sharks, and San Diego Charge available.
A few owners that signed on but then never exported and disappeared.

San Diego has a good chance to be in the mix in '12 now when Tony Gwynn has a full season and their major-league ready lottery pick is in the mix.

Orlando is young and raw but will be in the mix soon, especially with a lottery pick in the November draft.

St. Louis needs some tender love and care and will also have a lottery pick.

Game required, and I would highly recommend you have AIM.
