Importing League Histories

I've created a feeder NCAA league for my game and is it possible to import league histories and player award histories? If so, can someone tell me if its possible to import via the CSV files?

No i don't think there is a way. You can edit and import stats or edit thier history to reflect awards won but i don't think there is any way to import any of it

that's mainly what I wanted to do. Add the player awards and league champions. How do I go about doing that?

from the OOTP Manual

Edit History

You can also manually edit player history to add notes of your own creation. To edit a player's history, click on the Edit History button on the top right of the bottom pane. This will turn on the editor function.

To add a row of history, use the cursor to move to a new line in the text box. You must first enter a date in the format YYYYMMDD, for example 20070325 for March 25, 2007. If you fail to do this, the game will be unable to record the history, and the change will not be saved. Once you have entered your new history, just click the Save button.

Just add any awards or championships you like

I'm not referring to that one (I know that option).

I'm referring to it actually popping up where it says "Awards"

ahhh you mean the actual awards page.
That i do not know i think it's hard coded or something like that, as i've tried deleting say Bonds so i could have Marris get the HR record back and although that part worked it still would show Bonds awards even though he shouldn't excist in my world anymore
