About the commissioner:
I have ran one league in the past with great success but had to shut it down due to life constraints. I put great care into league settings and pay close attention to trends and adjust accordingly. I don't run a dictatorship league, but rather like to get league members involved in the decision making process when it comes to these decisions. Sims are always done on time, but my current job is a rotating schedule. I will explain how I plan to sim when the league starts to fill up. In a nutshell, there are export deadlines. I will sim the next day, but the time will vary.

I will be playing with the Tampa Bay Rays, a change from my usual team, the White Sox. I don't plan to make very many moves with them. I will look to bolster the bullpen and try to replace Pena with a better for avg. power bat.

1. I've been playing OOTP for only a few months. I bought the iphone version awhile ago when it first became available and have been hooked since. I recently bought the desktop version so I can experience the full fun that the game has to offer.
2. Desired team - Detroit Tigers
3. I do not plan to rebuild, I want to tweak and see if I can finally get that Companionship that they flirted with. I'm too young to remember the '84 Tigers, I was only three at the time, so I want my own true experience with the Tigers taking it all.

Haven't been on these boards for quite some time and forgot my old username. Anyway, I'm interested in joining up.

1. I've been playing OOTP since v3 and in online leagues from 2001 on. I ran a team in the NGBL back in the day for 6 real life years with varying levels of success (including championships and 100+ loss season

) across the 20+ simmed seasons.

2. Seattle Mariners

3. The Mariners have a pretty good core of youngsters but need a few years to fill out. I'll be in rebuild mode for the first few seasons.
