No, I don't believe this is a customizable image in the game. You only have the option to turn him off.

You can indeed change the announcer image. To do so, you will need to download the skin files and then swap out the announcer image and have the skin rebuild itself. It works quite well.

The image file is located in the OOTP13 folder in the Program Files (x86) folder at the following path:

data\skins\(your skins name)\style_sets\game_screen\game_screen_bottom_ri ght.png

Swap out this file with a new one using the same name and you will see your new PbP announcer.

Hope this helps.

I would assume that you need only locate where the skin files are and then follow the above instructions.

Make sure you make a backup of the original as well. Very simple to do.

You don't.

What you need to do is the following:

1. Download the skin of your choice via Add-Ons central which is located in the bottom middle portion of the splash screen. You will be downloading a zip or rar file that will contain all the individual files that make up a given OOTP skin.

2. Unzip this file to skins folder at the location mentioned in my earlier post. You will now see the folders also mentioned in the above post.

3. Follow the above steps to replace the announcer image file.

4. Rename the current skin.bin file to something else.

5. Exit OOTP and restart the game. OOTP will rebuild the skin and you should then see your new PbP announcer image when you next play out a game.

I reversed it because it looks better that way in the bottom right corner.

Sorry, I meant that it was reversed from how it was shown in the screen image.
