Playoff Roster Issue

I have only 25 players eligible for my playoff roster, one of whom is on the DL. It will not let me add a 25th player to the roster. Is this a known bug?

Not sure, but if the guy is not on the 15 day dl, it won't let you replace him. You have to activate him, then re-list him on the 15 day. If he's on the 60 day, with time left, I don't know what you do.
